Tuna salad with eggs, lettuce, cucumbers and olive oil

An energizing multi salad with lettuce as the main plot and the tuna fillet and eggs as star actors. You can’t go wrong with it, whether you’re serving it to guests or your closest friends – its a guaranteed success.

Especially since one serving per person contains triple the protein of your regular sweet bar and three times less the calories.

The fresh cucumber is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which would really make your skin glow.

The protein in the tuna would make you feel strong and the eggs just add in so much creamy flavour.

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • Few heads of radishes (optional)
  • Sunflower oil or olive oil
  • 1 can of tuna fillet in brine
  • 6 eggs
  • Lemon juice (optional)


  • Start off by washing all the vegetables and boiling the eggs for 6 to 8 mins in the meantime.
  • Quickly cut the veggies in a big bowl and unpack the tuna.
  • Drizzle some olive oil and cut the eggs in quarters so they can blend in real nice with the lettuce and the spring onions.


  • One small tip is that you can add some freshly squeezed lemon juice from half a lemon for flavour. It really makes the lettuce and eggs pop out in your mouth.
