1. Countries and Delivery Time

At the moment, we deliver only to the USA and Canada within 10-14 business days* via USPS.

Most shipments arrive within a week, but remote areas may take longer. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.

Note: If you haven’t received your order within three weeks, please email us at support@syntfoods.com.

 

2. Couriers and Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary between $3.90 and $6.90 depending on the weight and volume of the package. All orders over $37 qualify for free expedited shipping!

Syntfoods.com ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

3. Handling Time

We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days*. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

*Note: As we are currently in the process of relocating, there may be delays in shipping times. We appreciate your understanding during this growth phase and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

4. Parcel Tracking

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email confirming that the shipment has been sent. The email will include:

  • A tracking code;
  • A link to the USPS website for tracking;

For products shipped via regular mail, tracking is not provided. The estimated delivery time within North America is around 10-14 working days.

5. Payment Methods

For the moment you can pay for your order from SyntFoods.com by credit/debit card. We are working hard to add more payment options in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
